Emails you send us. Your name, email address and message, used to reply to you.

Visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. It records pages viewed, country, browser and the site you came from.

Security. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver this site and keep it safe.

The legal basis for all three is our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us and running a safe, working website. You can use this site without giving us your name or email address.

Google, which runs our email, and Cloudflare, which hosts and measures this website. We may also share data when the law requires us to. We never sell your data.

Links to Instagram and LinkedIn are covered by those companies’ own privacy policies.

Google and Cloudflare may store data in the United States. Both are certified under the UK–US data bridge, a safeguard recognised under UK law.

We keep emails while we need them to reply and for our business records, then delete them. Visit counts are kept only as totals. Technical records are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention rules.
